This notice explains the early-access interest list. It does not describe a paid customer platform, which is not yet publicly available.
What we collect
Your email address, selected area of interest, source form, consent version and submission date. We do not ask for passwords, bank information or financial documents.
Why we collect it
To record interest in launch news, early-access opportunities and occasional research. Our legal basis is your consent; you may withdraw it at any time.
Storage
The interest-list database runs in a Cloudflare D1 EU jurisdiction. Technical connection data may be processed under Cloudflare's infrastructure arrangements. We do not sell the list.
Emails and confirmation
We are not sending announcement emails yet. Addresses are recorded as pending until an email confirmation and notification service is introduced. Future messages must include an unsubscribe option.
Your rights
Request access, rectification, deletion or withdrawal of consent at privacy@kardivon.com. We will review data for deletion when the pre-launch phase ends and handle earlier requests.
Responsible operator
This list operates under the Kardivon brand. The legal operator's complete registered name and postal address still need to appear in the formal legal notice before broader marketing begins. Please contact privacy@kardivon.com for operator identity and privacy enquiries.
This pre-launch notice is not presented as having undergone a full legal review. It will be updated before paid product access is launched.
